Hello up there!

Last night i watched a great movie....Man on Wire....the story of a wire walker who's dream was to walk between the twin towers of the world trade center in New York even before they'd been built. What a crazy idea! It's a great movie and the passion that comes from the french contingent in this documentary definitely builds up the excitement and suspense of the event. Check it out! But don't look down y'all!

Nice Rug!

We have been working with Hampshire County Council Children's Centres recently. For this Lizzie produced a range of canvasses and huge bright rugs to make the centres a fun and inspiring environment for everyone who uses them! Yesterday Izzy visited Axminster Carpets to see the rugs being made. The factory was a sea of brown wools and traditional rugs, then right in the corner a beautiful bright Peagreen rainbow.....whoah!

The "Paw" section being woven on a beautiful old machine which was installed at the factory in 1937.... still going strong thanks to the care and love of Axminsters' loyal engineers!
